How to reach us
Email [email protected] for support, billing, refunds, privacy requests and legal questions. We are a very small team, so we aim to answer within 5 working days. Privacy requests are answered within one month at the latest, appeals against a moderation decision within 14 days, and withdrawals from a purchase within the time in the Terms, section 7.
Please write from the email address on your account, so we can find it. Never send passwords or API keys by email.
How to report content
- In the game: click the report button next to The Architect's reply, or use
/report. - In the Studio: use the report menu on a reply.
- A shared build: click Report on the build's preview card in the game. If you don't play, email us the share code (like
K7Q4-M2XD-9PBH) and what is wrong with it. - By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Report". Say what you saw, where, and when.
A person reads every report. There is no public gallery: a shared build is only seen by people who have its code. When several players report the same shared build, it is hidden until a person has looked at it. If a shared build breaks our Terms or the law, we remove it and email the player who shared it why; they can appeal by email, and we answer within 14 days. If something is illegal or puts someone in danger, tell us at once, and contact the police or the platform's emergency services as well.
Security contact
If you find a security problem in The Architect, please email [email protected] with the subject "Security", and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else. Please don't test our servers in ways that could disturb other players, and don't access other people's data. We will thank you and tell you when it is fixed.
